Pita Points
Frequently Asked Questions
I am already a Pita Points Member I get to keep all my points and rewards with this upgrade?
Absolutely!!! Daphne’s team made sure that all of your available points are still available in the same Pita Points program. You just need to complete the Pita Points Sign Up form using the exact same email.
If I was already a member, why do I need to “Sign Up” instead of “Sign In”?
We changed the back end of the program so you first need to identify yourself by Signing Up via this new portal and then it will be able to connect you with your old account. When it asks “how do you want to link your account” be sure to use the exact same email (preferred) or phone number you used before.
I was a Pita Points Member, but I don’t see my points on my account.
No Worries. Your Pita Points are safe and sound on your Pita Points account, however, you may be able to see them in the system until you come in to dine AND have your new Pita Points number assigned to the check. Our cashiers will be asking for your phone number or email to assign your new Pita Points account to the check.
I had Gift Card dollars. Were they brought over to the Pita Points program?
Yes. Your Gift Card dollars were brought over along with your Pita Points. You just need to complete our Sign Up form to get connected to your Pita Points, which will become available immediately. Make sure to use the exact same email or phone number you had on your original account when Signing Up. And make sure you tell your cashier that you have Gift Card money that you would like to use at the time of checkout. You can always check your dollars on the Pita Points via the Pita Points portal on Daphne’s website.
I received my Happy Birthday email, but I don’t see that $5 has been added to my account. How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?
Your $10 Birthday Reward will automatically be credited to your purchase when you supply your Pita Points phone number on your next visit to Daphne’s. You don’t have to print anything to redeem this $10 gift. When you look up your account online you will not see the $10 show up in your Points Reward balance. It’s just an automatic $10 off your first visit to Daphne’s within 30 days after your birthday.
